Product ordering and consumer protection

Placing an order through the e-shop is a conclusion of a distance selling contract, regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended and in force today.

Possibility of a valid order through the e-shop exists as long as the provisions on legal capacity of Greek Law are met, to natural or legal persons.

Order cancellation

 

When can I cancel my order?

a) Before sending the products – The cancellation can be done by sending an e-mail to the email address info@askaridis-leather.gr or by phone at 2310 839088 Monday to Saturday.

b) After receiving the products you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products.

 

Changes / Returns to physical stores

Changes to products purchased online can also be made at the Askaridis physical store at 16-18 Evzonon Street in Thessaloniki.

For all cases you wish to return – change the product you bought (change size / color / design, replacement, repair or refund), you must enter your details in the Return form, by filling out the form below, so that the our system.

Once your request has been verified by our staff, you will receive email notification of return approval and instructions on how and where to send it.

If it is a change of size / color / design or replacement, you will have to place a new order for the product you want after the return is approved. For your better and faster service, as well as for reasons of organization and reliability, we would recommend that you always use the Return form.

In order to proceed with the free return of the product, the product must be in the condition received without damage & within its original packaging. The returned products must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.

 

Product Changes

If you wish to change the product you purchased – and only in case the product has not been used – you must enter a Request in the Return form that follows within 7 days from the date of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, otherwise it will not be accepted. If for any reason the outer packing bag is lost, another bag should be used so that the inner packing is protected and it is not possible for the courier company to affix tapes and markings.

For orders within Greece the change is free for purchases worth * 49 € and above (concerns the first change). For purchases worth less than € 49, the return is made free of charge for the customer, while the receipt of the change is charged with shipping costs of € 3.99.

Refund / Right of Withdrawal

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you bought and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you must within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt enter a Request in the Return form below, and make the shipment of the product within 3 days from the approval of the Request.

Once the return is made and it is determined that the product has not been used, you will be refunded all the money you paid (excluding shipping and cash on delivery costs). If the payment has been made by the method of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer to a bank account that you indicate to us. Refunds can only be made online.

The products and the packaging must be in excellent condition and must be accompanied by all the accompanying documents: Retail receipt or invoice and all the accompanying documents, such as labels, etc. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation of the order. In case of refund, the cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. If you are in Greece and choose to return the product with SPEEDEX and recipient charge, you will be deducted from the refund amount of € 6.00 per product, respectively to cover the shipping cost. The Return will be accepted only with courier company SPEEDEX for Greece. . Returns with ELTA will not be accepted. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
